I'm back, for those who are trying to follow along.
October has turned out to be an interesting month in that I have had more time alone to think about stuff. Yes, Stuff - non-specific rambling, things in general - stuff.
As the month has progressed I have taken on more work, but not at times I had hoped. One of the hardest time slots to fill is from 10,00 to 13,00h as this is when everyone is "working"...
Therefore, I work an hour or two at 08,00 with time off until 13,00h. I like the free time and I am considering options on how to fill the space - Spanish, gym, more work. Global continues to suggest they might have something for me. I just want 3 more hours a week - gee.
Over-all I like the schedule I have put together - just looking to be more productive in the down time. Monday to Thursday I am out of the house for 12 or 13hours with 5 to 7 hours free depending on the day. Loving the 3 day weekends and next week is a 4 day.
Looking into a trip to Lisbon, but it will be a bit of money - should I - should I not??
If not, I'll try Salamanca.
The big event in OCT was a root-canal - now I am going to work on getting the all important crown. Been fighting a flu virus, and mostly winning because I am staying home.
I think today I will venture to Retiro and work on Spanish, each day the weather in the afternoon is lovely.

Sorry about the root-canal, my friend. Just go to Retiro, soak up the sun, grab one of those park beers, and I'm sure everything else will fall into place.
