This week went well - My caugh continued - finally refilled the prescription from July on tuesday (?) and Friday night was the first night in 2 weeks I slept through without caughing up a lung every hour. So, naturally I went out last night; well, it had been nearly three weeks, gee. But I was pretty good - only 2.5 pints. I was dressed as a Red Sox fan - not very creative, but it was cheap - did not have to buy anything - LOL Paul, Erica and Robie were there too.
Checked out a couple gyms in Tres Cantos where I work - need to decide if I want to join there or in the city. Was given a new web sight to find language exchange folks - met one yesterday and have a couple more in the pipe-line. Received two complements this week that I speak Spanish grammatically correct and well!!! More practice, more practice.
Had considered Lisbon or Salamanca or Alicante this weekend, but I have not received my pay yet and I really do not want to spend USD. So, hiking instead, if the rain stops.
Second long weekend in a month and it rains the entire thing - WTF?
Fortunately I have a lot of free time during the week to spend outside. If next weekend is nice I'll do Salamanca and Lisbon over the long weekend in DEC.
November has 2 holidays also, but because the 29th & 30th are not on a weekend I will have a full month of 16 days worked, knock wood.
