Tengo poco tiempo. I have a little time to post - on my way out.
Lots happened over the past two weeks.
The universe continues to see to it that I am afforded the opportunities I seek and this continues to make my journey most fun - capital F U N; as well as being special.
Living in Batan has made life more "normal" than living in the center of the city - which has some advantages; spending less - outdoor activities, etc. (still ant to live al centro.)
The bummer of the past 2 weeks - I had a digestion problem. I blamed it on a tortilla espanol i ate on Tuesday' but I was reminded of the virus passing through Madrid. What makes me rethink my diagnosis? I learned they are not permitted to use real eggs in the Tortillas in restaurants - okay - what the heck am I eating??
Any way - I am better and I am eating again.
I was offered an excellent opportunity and accepted 1/2 of it and this is enough for now. Only half because I did not want to burn bridges with Global at this point. I now have my foot in the door and if I do a good job I hope to gain more in January!!! Very happy about this. Love my new classes!!
Also during this 2 weeks - our frends Brady & Ryan returned to the US - I have a personal bet who returns first - the race is on. Also, Mike S. visited and I really enjoyed our time together, it means a great deal that he visited my home here.
I have met 3 or 4 new Spaniards and am practicing Spainish in my free time!!
Coming up: Thanksgiving dinner is planned...
