LOL - I am such a goof - I just notced that for my last posted I dated it the wrong month - oh well.
The weekend was interesting. I did not go anywhere as I had too many things to do here -
Got erronds done - home supplies, hair cut, went to Carrefore as I mentioned. Did not buy the iPod yet. Want one to down load Pod-Casts of Spanish lessons so I can listen when on the train
Stayed in Friday as I was feeling a little run down and I had big plans for Saturday night - needed to rest.
Saturday during the day I got stuff done - like cleaning - and had an intercambio. Then Saturday night I met Juanjo and his friends for drinks & tapas, then Juanjo, Gema & I went to a play: Esperando L Carroza - a comody - I did not understand the words, but I did understand the story - it was enjoyable, a bit odd, but fun.
Afterwards one of the actors and others joined us; the 7 of us went out bar hopping. Had a lot of fun, dispite walking in the rain. The really cool thing was one of the guys is a Matador -
Could not think of anything to talk to him about - we come from such different worlds - but he seems really nice.
Sunday was Erica's birthday brunch - the food was excellent
Then I met up with Carlos, friend from Boston who is passing through - we are meeting up again tonight.
