Hola,
Have some time this morning as Angel cancelled class without notice, so I am getting paid to hang out at home!! He is good to me some times. Class with Joaquin this morning was interesting - he is not having a good week at work, so he did not want to study, just talk. He ended up inviting me to his town to go mountain biking on Sunday morning!!! Very excited!
Last Saturday night I went out to dinner with Maria Jose, Carlos, Jorge, Javier and others - 10 of us in all! Gigi is from the US Virgin Islands, but speaks fluent Spanish - it was 5 hours of almost total Spanish - When I woke up on Sunday morning my first thought was - everyone in my dream was speaking Spanish!!! This is a great thing - one step closer in the process.
This week, so far, has been normal - with classes and travel. Although with the changes - Marta cancelling until further notice and adding Luis - I now teach only 3 hours on Monday & Wednesday (4 if Jose Maria has class) and up to 6 hours on Tuesday and Thursday.
I am glad to have the work! my potential hours are 22.5 per week, but I usually work less due to someone cancelling.
Now much else is new.
