Hi,
I did not keep my promise - it has been 3 days since .... - I sound like a catholic -

As you know the Turkey Dinner was great! Friday I got lazy - but that evening I did meet up with Maria Jose, Carlos, Javier, Jorge, Jesus, Antonio to take Patrick out for his Birthday. He was here on a long layover and chose a Portugese restaurant - the type that the servers come around with meat on a stick and fill you up. Fortunately that served chicken, not the best part, but it was chicken, so I could eat too. The best part is all of them speak Spanish - so I had lots to practice.
Saturday was the American's time together - 6 of us gathered at Reine Sofia, modern art museum, it is free on Saturdays after 2:30 pm - We LOVE free... Looked at weird modern art - Sorry Joel - but some of it is strange.
Then we had beers, managed to find a place where the canas are 1 Euro - We Love cheap too!
At about 7:30 I had to cut out, had plans with Fernando - dont get excited for me - it is not going any place ....

Sunday was probably the worst weather day yet - rain and COLD - stayed in all day - cleaned my room and played on my computer - I think I managed to do a little work at 10pm (not really - it was earlier)

Today, last day of November - wow - worked 4.5 hours today - was home by 7:30
Worked 26 hours this month - not bad for 1/2 a month; the goal is 20 per week, so I missed it by 14 hours. Not bad for my first 1/2 month after getting certified.

Have an interview tomorrow with an Academia for 3.5 hours on Saturdays, hate to do a Sat gig, but it is a foot in the door and to make up for the low pay they give comp language classes!!

Have another interview out in the western suburb for a teaching job beginning in January. If they help me get my Visa - I'll do it! Or if the money is better.

The pilot has finally agreed to meet to begin - a couple more hours per week untl the 23rd.
And the Academia I work with now has offered me 4hours a week in January - but it is the same type of work I do now, which I do not really enjoy. I'll let them know on Thursday.
