Hello
Well, about to head off to school - day 5, end of the first week - wow that went quick and I am so tired. Mostly because I have not had to do anything for 4 months - work or brain wise.
Not to mention teach - it has been over 6 years since I was in front of a class room - time flies and so does the memory -
Not recalling much until the instructor says it - then the light bulb comes on - duh ...
Yesterday afternoon was our first live teach - we each have to do 8 / 2 per week.
I had an advance class - they were really great volunteers - they are truly trying to learn English. I made a few mistakes and know where most of my errors were -
Actually looking forward to speaking with John - our mentor - about what he thought -
Today I have a beginner class at 3pm and no observer - I am on my own.
Lots to do over the weekend to wrap up this week and plan for next; plus projects.
But, I also want to go out - Maria Jose said something about getting together - will see what happens.
Have a fun Friday - I know I will.
Oh BTW - just did a load of laundry - It is not really cold out yet, but it was cold hanging the clothes out to dry - can hardly wait for it to be 30 degrees out this January -
Where is that laundry mat??????
